Verdun: a neighbourhood we know well
Bannantyne, Wellington, de Verdun streets: the grey-brick triplexes characteristic of the neighbourhood, built between 1920 and 1950, have a similar layout to Plateau ones but with their own quirks. Basements are often more accessible (6 ft ceiling or more), making finishing projects more realistic than in the Plateau.
