24/7 Emergency
Water Damage
A burst pipe at 3am is not the time to shop around. We're there in under 90 minutes, anywhere in Greater Montreal.
438-366-9135What we see every week
In older Plateau duplexes and Rosemont triplexes, cast iron pipes are 60–80 years old. A cold winter, a failed joint, a blocked drain, and the basement ceiling comes down. In Brossard and Longueuil, it's often lateral infiltration: the concrete foundations from the 1980s eventually crack, and water finds its way in.
We handle 3 to 4 water damage calls a week on average. We mention that not to brag, but because it means we arrive with the right equipment on the first trip. Not after two assessment visits.
Our response protocol
- Fast arrival: industrial extractors and dehumidifiers on board.
- Pumping and extraction: we clear standing water before it causes further damage.
- Forced drying: 48 to 72 hours depending on scope, with humidity readings every 12h.
- Full documentation: timestamped photos and intervention report.
- Structural repair: drywall, woodwork, subfloor based on actual damage.
- Preventive mould treatment: included in all significant water interventions.
Common questions
- Should I shut off the water before calling?
- If you know where the main shut-off is, yes. Usually under the kitchen sink or near the meter. If you don't know or can't safely reach it, call us first. We'll guide you over the phone.
- How much does it cost?
- Fixed dispatch fee + actual cost of work. We give you an estimate on-site before starting. No work without written agreement.
- Do I need to leave my home?
- Only if damage affects electrical systems or air quality is compromised. Most of the time, you can stay.
